About the role

As the Channel Manager / Line Producer, you will be the operational backbone of one of our lifestyle and unscripted channels.
Combining channel operations and physical production into one role, you are the connective tissue between creative vision and real-world constraints.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Build and manage the channel production budget in partnership with the GM
Produce every shoot on set - running the day, holding the schedule, and ensuring the Creative Producer has what they need to deliver.
Source, vet, and manage production contractors for each shoot
Build and document production systems that allow the channel to scale without losing quality or speed.
Proven ability to manage production budgets and schedules from pre-production through delivery.

4-7+ years in production management, line producing, or channel operations for YouTube or digital video.
Exceptional organizational precision - nothing falls through the cracks.
Calm and decisive under pressure - shoot day problems get solved, not escalated.
Clear and proactive communication - no surprises for the GM or Creative Producer.
Familiarity with YouTube channel operations beyond physical production - asset management, upload pipelines, delivery (preferred).
Existing relationships with production crew or vendors in the Southeast US (preferred).
Background in lifestyle, culinary, or unscripted production (preferred).
