About the role
- We've been supporting this customer on many different sub-projects of this program since our founding in 2013.
- What You'll be Owning GRVTY is seeking a Full Stack Developer with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance (applicable to this customer) to join one of our top projects in Chantilly, VA.
- The Senior Developer will be supporting a backend development team focused primarily on middleware and backend services.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
- Intermediate to Expert level experience in
Nice to have
- Experience performing schema updates
- Significant knowledge & experience in submitting Lucene queries
- Significant knowledge & experience on how Solr/Elastic shards work
- Significant experience tuning Solr/Elastic for performance and query optimization
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a big data environment using tools such as Hadoop, Pyspark, Spark, and Hbase (prefer at least two of the list)
- Demonstrated experience working with several AWS services
- Demonstrated experience with JIRA and GITHUB
