Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate company-wide strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, ownership assignments, and reporting structures.
- Maintain visibility into all major organizational priorities and proactively escalate risks.
- Support executive leadership in driving organizational priorities and special projects.
- Manage action item tracking and ensure commitments are completed on schedule.
Requirements
- 5+ years of operational leadership, project management, consulting, business operations, or related experience.
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting, and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in multi-unit operations, retail, automotive, hospitality, franchising, or other distributed service businesses.
- Experience supporting executive leadership teams.

- Preferred
- Financial analysis, forecasting, or business planning experience.

- Experience building operational reporting and KPI dashboards.

Compensation
- $110,000 - $150,000 annually
- Annual Performance Bonus
- Target bonus opportunity of 20% of base salary, based on company performance, strategic initiative completion, and individual performance.
- Additional Incentive Opportunities
- Eligible for project-based incentive programs, including acquisition, integration, store launch, and other strategic growth initiatives as assigned.

- Identify performance trends, opportunities, and risks requiring leadership attention.
- Coordinate follow-up actions resulting from WBR discussions.
- Monitor key operational metrics across the organization.
- Identify underperformance and partner with leaders to develop corrective action plans.
