Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on quality, manufacturing, or engineering technician experience.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical specifications.
- The Quality team is responsible for ensuring every component, assembly, and robot meets the standards required to operate safely and reliably in the real world.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, electrical schematics, and manufacturing documentation.
Skills
- Experience supporting robotics, automation, consumer electronics, automotive, or other electromechanical products.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical or electromechanical assemblies.
- Familiarity with quality management systems, MRB processes, and nonconformance tracking.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in manufacturing environments.
Compensation
- $35.00 - $50.00/hr

- Maintain timely incoming inspection and material disposition activities to prevent production disruptions.
- Drive containment and escalation of nonconforming materials, ensuring issues are clearly documented and resolved.
- Deliver accurate inspection data and technical findings that enable engineering and supplier quality improvements.
- Support rapid root cause investigations by providing clear problem statements, inspection results, and failure analysis data.
- Maintain inspection equipment, tooling, and calibration records to ensure reliable and repeatable quality assessments.
- Detail-oriented approach with a high standard for documentation accuracy and quality execution.
- Ability to communicate technical findings clearly across engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
