Responsibilities
- Performance management: Ownership of the TSS financial plan for businesses under management: revenues, costs, resources (people, balance sheet, etc.), and technology investment; identify and drive initiatives to enhance performance and business scalability; active cost management and risk & capital discipline
- Client Management: Oversees client on-boarding, client relationship and perimeter management and product governance; develops and maintains key client and business relationships
- Risk management & governance: Participates in defining the risk appetite for TSS and aligns with 2nd LoD stakeholders; ensure risks are assessed and managed in accordance with DB's risk management frameworks; actively oversees internal and external audit/compliance issues and drives risk remediation, as well as customer complaints for TSS in the Santa Ana office
- People Management: Manages human resources including talent management, career development and compensation of TSS staff in the region
- Risk management & governance: Ownership of financial and non-financial risk in TSS; successfully manages all fiduciary responsibilities and fiduciary risks for the TSS regionally
- Collaboration: Actively drives cross selling with other business units in Deutsche Bank
- Employee Resource Groups support an inclusive workplace for everyone and promote community engagement

- works with all internal partners including Operations, AFC, Compliance, Risk, HR, Technology, etc., to deliver TAS business targets and manage business risks
Requirements

Skills
- Prior and extensive knowledge and experience of Corporate Trust, Fund Administration and Custody & Clearing
- Proven track record of delivery, technical know-how and effective stakeholder management
- Highly motivated to deliver
- Client facing and able to provide detailed presentations to large and small audiences
- Able to communicate at all levels of an organization
