- Controls Assembler (Panel Wiring) The Controls Assembler is responsible for the hands-on fabrication and wiring of electrical control panels and installation of conduit, cable, and components on water treatment systems.
Responsibilities
- This role works closely with the Controls Assembly Lead to ensure quality and accuracy before systems are deployed.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, panel layouts, and drawings Assemble enclosures, sub-panels, relays, and control components Perform point-to-point wiring, cable routing, and conduit bending Cut, strip, crimp, and route wiring per standards Ensure proper labeling and documentation Identify and report quality or design issues Complete red-line markups of drawings Maintain a clean and safe workspace
