About the role
- The Florida Panthers enter their 33 rd season in 2026-27 as one of the National Hockey League's premier franchises.
- As back-to-back Stanley Cup champions in 2024 and 2025, the Cats have emerged victorious in 11 of their past 12 postseason series and have captured four Eastern Conference championships.
- The Panthers are led by President of Hockey Operations & General Manager Bill Zito entering his seventh season, and President of Business Operations Michael White who begins his first full season.
Responsibilities
- The Coordinator, Ticket Operations will support the day-to-day ticketing operations for third-party events hosted at Amerant Bank Arena and War Memorial Auditorium, with additional responsibilities supporting Florida Panthers hockey.
- Support cross-departmental coordination with ticket sales & service, marketing, venue operations, corporate partnerships, and business intelligence teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience, preferably in a ticketing or live events environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and platforms
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to all internal and external clients
- Strong attention to detail with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Nice to have
- Prior experience with a ticketing system preferred
- Experience in the sports and/or entertainment industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
