Responsibilities
- Standardization: Define and maintain "Golden Standards" for project templates, issue types, and automation rules across the enterprise.
- Continuous Improvement: Manage the app ecosystem (Atlassian Marketplace) to ensure plugins provide measurable value rather than bloat.
- Change Management: Drive adoption and training for new features and workflows, ensuring teams realize the full value of the tool investment.
- Technical Liaison: Partner with platform development and administration team to ensure configurations support enterprise integrations, data flows, and reporting.

Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business systems analysis.
- Hands‑on experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Rovo.
- Strong understanding of platform governance, standardization, and enterprise scale enablement.
- Proven ability to work across technical and non‑technical stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Atlassian automation, scripting tools, and APIs preferred.
- Experience supporting enterprise service workflows or scaled Agile delivery preferred.
- Atlassian certifications (ACP or equivalent) are a plus.
Skills
- $102,900.00 - $134,750.00
- The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
