About the role
- We are looking for a motivated and client-focused person to join our advisory team.
Responsibilities
- Follow the Springbrook Wealth Advisor service model to support client retention and growth
- Prepare for and lead client review meetings, including materials and follow-up
- Manage client administrative needs, including estate settlements
- Model financial scenarios and present findings to clients and lead advisors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
- 1 or more years of experience in financial planning, asset management, or a related role
- Proficiency with financial planning software (MoneyGuidePro) and CRM platforms (salesforce)
- High degree of integrity and commitment to fiduciary standards
- Goal driven, growth mindset a must
- Active Series 7, 65 or Series 66, New Jersey Life and Health license (required at time of hire)
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Compensation
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: starting at $60,000
- The salary range will be starting $60,000/ year
