About the role
- Serve as the main Aldevron point of contact for these vendors.
- Ensure compliant, functioning equipment and spaces across all Fargo sites, working with operations leaders on maintenance, calibrations, external services etc. to ensure timely and minimally disruptive repairs/improvements.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for all activities related to Facilities Management, environmental and machine controls for all areas, as well as metrology and calibration of equipment, in a constant state of readiness for inspection.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, and manage activities related to Fargo physical plants and equipment maintenance.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within teams to help with numerous metrics, such as right first time, downtime, and on time delivery.
Requirements
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb, any other physical requirements
Nice to have
- Experience in a GMP/regulated manufacturing environment
- Industrial scale facility maintenance experience
- Experience with Metrology related to sensitive bioprocessing instrumentation
- It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Skills
- Experience in lean/DBS tools (PSP, Kaizen, Daily Management, etc.)
