Ready to Build the Future of Work Travel?
Build and own dynamic models and dashboards to track performance and enable data-driven decision-making, such as the revenue model and partnerships model.
Design and lead reporting frameworks that surface meaningful insights for leadership and board-level discussions.
Drive strategic initiatives like bookings forecasting, funnel conversion analysis, customer segmentation, and various optimization analytics to drive operational efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally to define KPIs, build business cases, and measure the success of growth initiatives.

Minimum 3 years experience with 1-2 years in a strategic finance/corporate FP&A environment.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
Familiarity with systems like Adaptive, Salesforce, Looker, or Hubspot is a plus.

Strong analytical thinking and business acumen; fluency in GTM metrics like CAC, LTV, churn, funnel conversion, and sales velocity.

Compensation
Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location.
In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
Base Pay Range
$101,000 - $140,000 USD
