About the role

This role will span going deep on customer calls to planning the initial buildout and working directly with our engineering team.
This is a hands-on individual contributor seat, not an exec one.
You'll be in customer rooms regularly in working sessions with product and engineering teams, and you'll work with accounts directly.

Own the applications from a rough signal to something banks use in production.
Define what to build and why.
Own the outcome of whatever initiative you're driving.
Measurable Outputs. Introduce metrics wherever helpful. Own tracking and iterating based on them.
Institutional-Grade Product Readiness. Build institutional requirements into product decisions from day one: control, permissioning, auditability, risk, SLAs, procurement.
Strategic Ownership. Maintain a written, opinionated where-to-play / how-to-win for your area, reviewed quarterly.
Direct experience building products for financial institutions or regulated financial infrastructure.
You've shipped complex technical products, can hold your own on architecture, tradeoffs, and implementation details, and are keen to ask the right questions.
Use this to maintain strong intuitions and data-backed positions on where the product should go as well as what future products we should build.

You can hold Web3 engineering instincts and institutional requirements in the same head, and you move fast without breaking what a bank needs to trust.
An understanding of blockchain mechanics, first-hand experience with onchain protocols, and ability to translate Web3 trust guarantees to non-crypto-native audiences.
You must be adaptive and open-minded, driven by output and team success.

This job requires flexible working hours across stakeholders in different time zones.
Vision-only or narrative-heavy leaders without execution depth won't thrive here.
Capture revealed preferences and weigh them against stated preferences and internal vision.
