Responsibilities
- The Maintenance and Engineer Manager is responsible for maintaining the entire HGVC facility, including physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment in accordance with the energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs.
- Ensure the upkeep of the landscaping and guest areas to maintain an attractive property.
- Manage all rehabilitation, expansion, and special projects.
