About the role
- This is a high-travel, field-focused role supporting large-scale automation deployments in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
- You will play a key role in ensuring control systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of performance, reliability, and quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, execution, and turnover.
- Support commissioning efforts, including system startup, troubleshooting coordination, and integration sequencing across multiple vendors.
- Manage change orders, RFIs, and contract documentation to ensure accurate scope and financial control.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management within industrial automation, PLC controls, or related environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Rockwell / Allen-Bradley PLC systems, SCADA integration, and industrial networking.
- Experience supporting field execution and commissioning of automation systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and clients.
- Experience with project management tools such as Procore, MS Project, or similar platforms.
- OSHA 30 certification obtained within the past two (2) years is required.
- If certification is not current or has not been completed, OSHA 30 training will be provided and must be successfully completed within the first week of employment.
Nice to have
- Experience working in data centers or high-availability environments.
- Familiarity with Ignition SCADA, Kepware, OPC-UA, Modbus TCP, BACnet/IP, or Ethernet/IP.
- Experience coordinating with system integrators and commissioning agents.
- PMP certification or equivalent.
