About the role

You will work closely with engineering, sales and executive team to enable industry best off-road electric vehicle user experience.
This is a senior role for someone who can operate at both levels:

Lead a cross-functional embedded, Linux (Yocto-based), and cloud software team.
Own the end-to-end software roadmap across vehicle, dashboard, and connected services.
Deliver polished UX/UI outcomes for customer experiences in collaboration with engineering, sales, and leadership.
Manage planning and execution: roadmap, backlog, sprints, estimation, dependencies, releases.
Maintain clear operating rhythm with progress, risks, and scope transparency.
Grow, mentor, and support engineers while scaling the team.
Ensure robust, reliable, diagnosable software that performs in real-world use.
Collaborate across vehicle engineering, validation, service, support, and leadership.
Drive and experience our cutting-edge Taiga vehicles.

Strong technical breadth across embedded + cloud (you can credibly challenge architecture and engineering decisions).

Experience leading teams delivering customer-facing product software.
Significant experience with delivering customer facing features and gathering feedback to improve a product.
Excellent communication: able to align engineering and non-engineering stakeholders and make clear priority calls.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in connected devices/IoT, mobility/automotive, consumer electronics, powersports, or other hardware-integrated products.
Familiarity with telemetry/diagnostics, device connectivity, and/or OTA update approaches.
Track record of improving software quality and reliability in products that operate in harsh or variable environments.
Experience as a software developer.
