- Participate in the analysis of business needs for retail clients and design adapted functional solutions in D365 F&O.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10 years of confirmed experience in ERP implementation or technology solutions in the retail sector.
- Proven experience in large-scale digital transformation or e-commerce platform integration projects.
- Ability to analyze complex business needs and translate them into concrete and innovative functional solutions.

Skills
- Contribute to optimizing the customer experience through D365 Commerce and Retail technologies.
- Work closely with technical, marketing, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and coherent solution integration.
- Ensure knowledge transfer to end-users and produce necessary functional documentation.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients on retail trends and digital innovations.
- Baccalauréat en administration, commerce, systèmes d'information ou domaine connexe.
- 10 ans d'expérience confirmée en implantation ERP ou solutions technologiques dans le domaine du commerce.
- Expérience avérée sur des projets d'envergure de transformation numérique ou d'intégration de plateformes de commerce électronique.
- Capacité à analyser des besoins métiers complexes et à les traduire en solutions fonctionnelles concrètes et innovantes.
