About the role

As Strategy & Operations Associate, you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our leadership team to take on the most important, ambiguous, and cross-cutting problems facing the company.
One week you are standing up a new GTM motion, the next you are launching a brand campaign, then designing how our team experiences working at OneTrack, then automating an internal workflow with AI agents.
The surface area is enormous and the work is genuinely varied.

You will define the problem, structure the work, and build the thing (whether that is a market entry plan, a product launch playbook, a recruiting funnel, or an agentic workflow that replaces a manual corporate process).
Partner with leadership to scope, plan, and execute work spanning go-to-market, marketing, communications, employee experience, and internal operations.
Identify manual, repetitive, or judgment-heavy workflows across the business and rebuild them with AI agents and automation. • Drive GTM and marketing initiatives.
Support sales motions, campaign launches, content production, and external communications.

Hands-on with modern AI tools and a real point of view on how agents and automation can change how companies operate; bonus if you have already built workflows with LLMs, Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable, Replit, or similar
The role is eligible for a performance-based cash bonus and equity awards.
