About the role
- This is a hands-on production role for someone who lives in the details
- You'll serve as the connective tissue between Brand, Partnerships, Membership, and external production companies, ensuring every event meets Dorsia's standards for quality, taste, and member experience.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end production for Dorsia events, from concept handoff through post-event wrap.
- Build and maintain a forward-looking event calendar, managing sequencing, lead times, and resource allocation across simultaneous productions.
- Own post-event recaps, learnings, and recommendations to continuously improve future executions.
- Vendor & Production Partner Management
- Scope, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts including AV, staging, lighting, fabrication, décor, staffing, security, and catering.
- Ensure production partners deliver on scope, budget, timeline, and brand expectations.
- Own event production budgets, tracking spend, and ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- to build the social operating system for the cultural vanguard.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or live events.
