About the role
- Food Safety Quality Area Manager Shift- Sunday to Wednesday 7:00pm to 5:30am HelloFresh is seeking an FSQ Area Manager.
- The FSQ Area Manager is responsible for Manufacturing and is responsible for all supporting food safety and quality assurance-related internal audits in adherence with regulatory standards.
- Newark, NJ Pay Range $68,040 - $72,900 USD
Responsibilities
- train and develop a large group of hourly employees
- Develop, motivate, engage, coach, and inspire a team of hourly FSQA technicians, creating a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees to provide feedback and drive change from within.
- Maintain accurate documentation regarding GMPs, HACCP, Holds, Calibration, standard operating procedures (SOP's) and any other FSQA requirements.
- Leadership: train and develop a large group of hourly employees
- At least 3 years of work experience in quality assurance should be combined with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments as a FSQA leader, and with satisfying customers in technology-driven, developing companies.
Requirements
- Communication Proficiency: speak to employees with tact and diplomacy.
- Associate degree or related leadership work experience.
Skills
- Report food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
Compensation
- Newark, NJ Pay Range $68,040 - $72,900 USD
