Responsibilities
- Lead by example and inspire collaboration, accountability, and a client-focused mindset.
- Marketing: Build Sense Engineering's brand through exceptional partner engagement.
- Represent Sense professionally, building positive relationships with clients, contractors and other consultants.
- Design and analyze structures for new construction, renovation and restoration and rehabilitation projects.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets effectively for successful project delivery.
- Prepare evaluation reports, construction documents, and project proposals.
