  • Represent Sense professionally, building positive relationships with clients, contractors and other consultants.
  • Design and analyze structures for new construction, renovation and restoration and rehabilitation projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets effectively for successful project delivery.
  • Prepare evaluation reports, construction documents, and project proposals.
