- Role Summary As Corporate Counsel, you will play an integral role in supporting corporate, development-related, site origination and other general transactions related to Rowan's data center and power infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate non disclosure agreements, service agreements, vendor contracts, and related documents.
- Provide practical advice on development stage contract documents and issues.
- Ability to manage outside counsel

Requirements
- The successful candidate will have experience with corporate legal transactions.
- Ability to travel up to 15% to meet with outside parties and for company gatherings
Nice to have
- Knowledge or experience with data center transactions is a plus
