About the role

As a PR & Media Relations Specialist, you help bring communications strategies to life through media relations, press materials, research, monitoring, and campaign coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious about the media landscape, highly organized, and excited to help tell compelling stories on behalf of clients.
You'll contribute to media outreach efforts, monitor industry conversations, track campaign performance, and help ensure communications programs run smoothly from planning through execution.

Support media outreach and press materials.
You assist in developing press releases, media advisories, fact sheets, briefing materials, award submissions, and media pitches.
You help manage the day-to-day logistics of communications programs, including distribution schedules, editorial calendars, media follow-up tracking, event coordination, reporting, and project management.
You use AI-powered tools to support research, media monitoring, reporting, content development, and workflow efficiency.
Experience developing or supporting press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, and other communications materials
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously

2-5 years of experience in public relations, communications, media relations, journalism, marketing communications, or a related field
Experience supporting media relations, earned media campaigns, or communications programs
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels
Familiarity with media monitoring, media database, and reporting tools
