Providing support and services to those who live with mental illness and addictions, we're committed to increasing awareness and addressing the stigma surrounding mental health.
We are seeking volunteers to join the Canadian Mental Health Association Peel Dufferin Client and Family Advisory Committee!
Use your lived experience to improve the health services offered in your community.
Collaborate with committee members and other health care organizations to develop recommendations and co design opportunities for improvements.
Respect confidentiality and privacy of personal health information discussed during meetings.
Experience with mental health and addiction services
as a service recipient, a family member or care provider of someone who has used mental health and addiction services.
