About the role
- This is a senior technical role within the Platforms and Enablement team.
- You sit close enough to the work to catch a bad setup before a client does, and senior enough to run resourcing, mentoring, and revenue conversations for the team beneath you.
- Our ideal candidate has hands-on platform experience (DV360, CM360, SA360, GA4, GTM), has managed or mentored a team before, is solution focused with a growth mindset.
Responsibilities
- Manage, lead and grow clients in your portfolio.
- Strategically lead clients, targeting growth year on year.
- Manage and develop junior team members, dedicating real time to coaching and upskilling, and creating opportunities for others through delegation and sponsorship.
- Support team resourcing and capacity planning
Requirements
- Proven experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
