Responsibilities

  • Support development and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project coding, and accurate task/cost allocations.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets; prepare variance analyses and present findings to management.
  • Support internal and external audit processes.
  • Develop training and provide guidance to operations staff on project controls processes and tools.
  • Support continuous improvement in financial and project control systems and reporting processes
  • Develops and maintains an orderly and efficient approach to assignments.

Requirements

  • The work is semi-sedentary work and requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to navigate and move around the construction site, which may involve walking, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods on uneven surfaces.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Ability to stand and sit for periods longer than 30 minutes but not to exceed two hours consecutively.
  • Ability to print and draw letters, numbers, words, characters, and symbols that are legible and understood by others.
  • Ability to learn complex tasks and remember how to complete tasks without assistance once trained.

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, engineering, construction, business, or a related field from an accredited university with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
