  • This position has been determined by school or unit leaders that all duties and responsibilities must be performed at a Harvard or Harvard-designated location.

Skills

  • Experience in Urgent Care.
  • Demonstrated skills in clinical care, effective communication skills, and shared decision-making.
  • Experience with urgent care procedures.
  • Standard Hours/Schedule: 24 hours per week. Monday and Tuesday 10-6:30 and every other weekend 9:30-6

  • Other Information: This position has a 90-day orientation and review period.

Compensation

  • Compensation for a full-time position starts in the mid $200's.
  • This position is part-time (24 hours/week), and the salary will be prorated based on part-time status.
  • The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison.
  • In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, retirement, medical, dental and vision.
  • Salary Grade and Ranges
  • This position is salary grade level 090.
