- Hepatitis B vaccine series. required for staff with possible exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
- This position has been determined by school or unit leaders that all duties and responsibilities must be performed at a Harvard or Harvard-designated location.
Skills
- Commitment to high-quality, cost-effective health care and the principles of group practice.
- Experience in Urgent Care.
- Demonstrated skills in clinical care, effective communication skills, and shared decision-making.
- Experience with urgent care procedures.
- Standard Hours/Schedule: 24 hours per week. Monday and Tuesday 10-6:30 and every other weekend 9:30-6

- Pre-Employment Screening: Criminal, Identity, License/Cert. Harvard University requires a pre-employment reference and background screening.
- Other Information: This position has a 90-day orientation and review period.
Compensation
- Compensation for a full-time position starts in the mid $200's.
- This position is part-time (24 hours/week), and the salary will be prorated based on part-time status.
- The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison.
- In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, retirement, medical, dental and vision.
- Salary Grade and Ranges
- This position is salary grade level 090.
