About the role
- All work will be completed under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Requirements
- Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.
- Other duties may be assigned as required.
Skills
- High School Graduate or GED.
- 2 or more years experience as a pharmacy technician in a comparable setting OR
- At least 18 months experience as a pharmacy technician at The University of Kansas Health System
- Pharmacy Technician Registration
- State Board of Pharmacy Kansas and/or Missouri - per work state upon Hire
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
- Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) OR equivalent National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
- Certified Compounded Sterile Preparation Technician (CSPT)
- Skills and duties may vary dependent upon your department or unit.
Compensation
- Passes annual sterile compounding competency with no corrections.
