About the role
- RXR is an active investor in real estate credit, rental housing, commercial property, and property technology through value-added and opportunistic investment strategies.
- The FP&A Coordinator, Construction Services reports to the Vice President of Financial Planning & Operations and plays a key role in supporting the financial planning, reporting, and operational effectiveness of RXR Construction Services.

Responsibilities
- Support the month-end financial close process, including preparation and analysis of reports for executive leadership and C-suite stakeholders
- Build, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and financial data across business segments to support strategic decision-making
- Support corporate-level RXR reporting requirements and special financial initiatives
- Oversee and manage supervisory fee tracking and reporting
- Provide ongoing support for project management financial systems and related operational workflows
- Create prime contracts and execute initial project setups in coordination with project teams
- Manage project closeout processes (soft cost and hard cost) to ensure timely and accurate financial reconciliation and permit closure
- Cross-Functional Support
- Support leaders across Design, Preconstruction, and Operations
- Support marketing, website and business development efforts as needed
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in construction management, construction accounting, design, or owner's representative roles
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, construction management, architecture, and / or engineering or related discipline preferred
Compensation
- $70,000 - $90,000 USD

- Assist with the development, tracking, and analysis of the Annual Business Plan
