Responsibilities

  • Develop individualized care plans using evidence-based functional medicine principles and precision medicine approaches.

Requirements

  • Experience caring for patients with chronic inflammatory, autoimmune, metabolic, hormonal, or gastrointestinal disorders.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Preventive Medicine
  • Preference for formal training or certification in Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, or Nutrition.
  • Interest in longevity medicine, cognitive health, and healthy aging.
  • Demonstrated commitment to preventive, patient-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
