Support Syndicate Transaction Execution by performing pre-closing and post-closing duties in connection with agency transactions such as posting document deliverables received from the Borrower to the Syndicate via Data room

1-3 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint
Knowledge of Debt domain and Clearpar.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $100K - $110K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
