Responsibilities

  • Support Syndicate Transaction Execution by performing pre-closing and post-closing duties in connection with agency transactions such as posting document deliverables received from the Borrower to the Syndicate via Data room

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Debt domain and Clearpar.

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice to have

  • Series 79, 63 preferred

Compensation

  • The typical base pay range for this role is between $100K - $110K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
  • This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
