Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead asphalt paving crews on commercial, municipal, county, and highway projects
- Direct paver, roller, skid steer, milling, and support equipment operations
- Train, mentor, and develop crew members
- Complete daily reports and document production, delays, and equipment issues
- AJ Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Laydown Foreman to lead our paving crews and oversee asphalt paving operations throughout Central Mississippi.

Nice to have
- Experience leading asphalt paving crews
- Strong knowledge of paving operations, equipment, and best practices
- Ability to read plans, grades, and project specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and production
- Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)
Compensation
- $75,000-$95,000 per year, based on experience.
