About the role
- AMS has built a modern media and programmatic growth capability that unlocks scalable digital revenue opportunities across agencies, brands, media owners, and platform partnerships.
- The SVP, Digital Media Growth & Partnerships will serve as the commercial architect and leader of sourcing new revenue.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver AMS's digital media revenue growth targets.
- Build and execute a strategic multi-channel go-to-market strategy across agencies, brands, platforms, and media partnerships.
- Personally lead complex, high-value commercial opportunities and negotiations.
- Develop differentiated digital offerings focused on pricing leverage, inventory access, efficiency, and media performance.
- Build and mentor a high-performing business development organization.
- Partner closely with programmatic, execution, and solutions teams to ensure scalable delivery.
- Track record of building net-new revenue channels or scaling commercial teams.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of both supply-side and demand-side economics.
Compensation
- The salary for this role is $175,000.
- The successful candidate's salary will depend on the actual ranges of current employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, geography, as well as the candidate's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
- In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
