About the role

  • The Office Manager will also serve as an executive assistant to a small group of senior executives at the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operations at Juul Labs' headquarters - including strategic oversight and execution of activities around budgeting and compliance
  • Plan, organize, and manage multiple calendars
  • Book travel and manage logistics
  • Collaborate closely with the Office of the CEO, and other executive functions
  • Project manage tasks to ensure follow-up to action items
  • The successful candidate will partner directly with Juul Labs executives based in D.C. and the Office of the CEO to ensure the headquarters is managed and operated effectively.

Requirements

  • 7 years' experience as an executive administrative assistant in a fast paced company
  • Experience working with cross functional teams within an office
  • Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate the needs of the executive leadership team are a must.
  • The ability to credibly and competently interact with executive assistants and managers within / outside of Juul Labs is essential.
  • The ideal candidate must be proactive with excellent problem solving and judgment skills.
  • The successful candidate will be expected to resolve time-sensitive issues with a high degree of precision and exhibit strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • All applicants must have authorization to work for Juul Labs in the US.

Compensation

  • $104,000 - $127,000 USD
