Responsibilities
- Maintain thorough and accurate records, facilitating management review.
- Maintain and resolve any pending items (3rd party test, garbled messages, etc.)
- Support Head Office initiative in the cleanup of the dormant RMAs.
Requirements

Compensation
- The typical base pay range for this role is between $61K - $77K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
