About the role
- This role is critical to ensuring accurate sales reporting, efficient execution of national sales initiatives, alignment across regional teams, and adherence to the sales process in a fast-paced money transfer environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 2-4+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or coordination roles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau) and reporting tools
- Valid U.S. visa and ability to travel within the United States to visit agents as needed.
- Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or money transfer industry preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
Nice to have
- Experience supporting senior sales leadership (VP/SVP level)
- Familiarity with remittance corridors, agent networks, and transaction-based business models
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce)
