About the role
- We are a global consulting firm with over 8,000 employees worldwide with a team of over 100 employees located in every major location in Canada.
- We operate in small engagement teams to provide direct hands-on experience to our clients.
- We have opened a few years ago our Montreal corporate finance and restructuring practice and are excited to increase our headcount at our Montreal office.
Responsibilities
- Review financial statements and perform quality of earnings/cash flow analysis
- You'll be assigned a dedicated coach to mentor, guide and support you through regular coaching sessions and serve as an advocate for your professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
- 3+ years of relevant postgraduate professional experience in a professional services firm (public accounting, consulting, etc.)
- Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed up to 60%
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis (this position does not provide visa sponsorship
Nice to have
- CPA, CFA or MBA, preferred
- Relevant experience in a professional services firm (public accounting, consulting, etc.)
- Advanced problem-solving and issue resolution skills
- Professional verbal and written communications, including report writing
- Strong interest in finance and working in a professional services environment
- Ability and willingness to learn and adapt in an ever-changing environment to meet client needs
- Minimum Pay: $92,000
- Maximum Pay: $142,000
Compensation

- Actual compensation is determined based on a wide array of relevant factors including market considerations, business needs, and an individual's location, skills, level of experience, and qualifications
