- Maintain project and opportunity information within Salesforce CRM.
- Research market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to support product strategy.
- Represent Sika professionally with contractors, distributors, and other industry partners while gaining field experience.
- Strong curiosity about construction materials, building systems, or specialty chemicals
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Exposure to construction jobsites, materials science, or building product sales through coursework or work experience, helpful

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Chemistry, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
