Job Description Ares Secondaries has pioneered and innovated within secondary markets across three decades and a range of alternative asset classes, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure and credit.
Today, Ares Secondaries has more than 150 professionals across six offices in New York, Boston, Dallas, London, Hong Kong, and West Hartford, Connecticut.

Support the investment team in transaction management and monitoring of existing investments
Build industry relationship s by engaging with fund sponsors, advisors, and attending conferences and sponsor meetings
Strong academic record, demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Partner, Secondaries

1-3 years of experience in private equity secondaries, investment banking, private equity, or principal investing
Ability to work independently and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced deal teams

Education/Experience Required:
Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus.
