About the role
- Oversee project from start through closeout.
- Coordinate subcontractor and material scheduling.
- Prioritize tasks and identify issues or potential risks affecting project organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain project schedules.
- Maintain accurate daily field status reports.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, subcontractors, owners, and city officials.
- Collaborate with Project Manager and support team to complete all project phases.
- Inspect completed work and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Partner with safety team to ensure a safe jobsite environment.

Requirements
- 7+ years' of experience on multifamily, senior housing, or hotel projects required.
- 5+ years' experience as a Construction Superintendent is required.
- Experience with Procore is required.
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- The ability to read and understand plans, specifications and scopes of work is required.
- Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs.
Nice to have
- Experience with MS Project or similar scheduling software is preferred.
