Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for front-office investment roles, from intake through offer and onboarding
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber and diverse talent across investment markets
- Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Track and manage recruitment activity within Workday and other systems
- Ability to build relationships and influence hiring managers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Artificial intelligence (AI) tools are used to support certain stages of the OMERS recruitment process.

Compensation
- The expected salary range for this position is $72,000 - $108,000 per year.
- You may also be eligible to receive an annual Incentive Award pursuant to our Short-term Incentive plan and our Long-Term Incentive plan (if applicable), and to participate in our group benefits and retirement plans - details on these elements of compensation are included within OMERS & Oxford offer letters.
