About the role
- Responds as assigned to emergency codes and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Performs such functions as general plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, steam boiler repairs, testing and preventative maintenance (PM), pump repairs and PM tasks associated with plumbing system, and daily tasks associated with testing and maintaining the utility systems.
- Performs other maintenance related tasks, as directed, based on the needs of the department.

Requirements
- No experience required
- High school diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or higher required upon hire
- Plumber - Journeyman's certification or Master Plumber's license required upon hire AND
- This job description describes the general nature and level of work required by the position.
