Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 1-3 years in business analysis, consulting, or process improvement.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between business needs and technical requirements.
Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and working with stakeholders across multiple levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365
