About the role

  • Cook/Cashier Florida Tech Main Campus Melbourne Dining location: Rathskeller Pizza & Grill Operating hours: 4:00pm to 11:30pm daily Come join the team at the late-night hot spot on campus!
  • Working in an open kitchen, cook to order concept, preparing hot and cold menu items from fresh and frozen state.
  • The duties include opening set-up and closing procedures for pizza making equipment, fryer and flat-top grill stations.

Responsibilities

  • Performs routine cleaning and organization of workstations, equipment, all food production and food storage areas of the operation.

Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Official transcripts of all collegiate work must be sent directly from the attended institution to the Office of Human Resources prior to the first day of employment.

Nice to have

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
