About the role
- This Senior Product Manager is a highly strategic role that will shape the future of Fleet Management and Internal Tooling across the Skydio Cloud platform.
- This position is based onsite 5 days/week at our HQ in San Mateo, CA.
- We offer relocation assistance if needed.
Responsibilities
- Drive feature definition and prioritization in close collaboration with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Collaborate with marketing, support, and customer success to deliver impactful product releases.
- Experience wireframing and collaborating closely with UX design.

Requirements
- Obtaining FAA Part 107 certification within the first 60 days of employment is strongly encouraged for all Skydio employees and required for this position.
- Experience with drones, autonomous systems, robotics, industrial IoT, or other mission-critical connected products.
- Experience with fleet management, asset lifecycle, work-order, field-service, RMA, parts, warranty, or repair-management systems.
- Familiarity with data modeling and API-driven architectures
- Strong technical fluency and ability to work effectively across autonomy, firmware, and cloud engineering teams.

Compensation
- At Skydio, our compensation packages for regular, full-time employees include competitive base salaries, equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits packages.
- Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience.
- The annual base salary range for this position is $196,000 - $240,000*.
- Regular, full-time employees are eligible to receive the following benefits: Paid vacation time, sick leave, holiday pay and 401K savings plan.
