About the role

We exist to break the legacy manufacturing trap by reinventing critical production for the twenty-first century.
Through advanced software, deep automation, breakthroughs in materials science, and modern financing strategies, Rangeview rewrites both the cost curve and the power structure of making metal parts.
This role is a strong fit for someone who likes practical troubleshooting, fast issue resolution, and owning real infrastructure and equipment problems rather than simply processing work orders.

Document maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and equipment issues to support accurate recordkeeping.
Maintain facility-wide safety standards, including emergency lighting, eyewash stations, first aid kits, and similar safety-related systems.
Coordinate with engineering, production, leadership, vendors, and contractors to support equipment uptime and facility readiness.
Support preventive maintenance execution and help improve maintenance processes as the factory grows.
This is a hands-on opportunity to support the buildout and operation of a modern aerospace manufacturing factory.
You will work across facility systems, industrial equipment, utilities, production infrastructure, and factory support needs that directly impact uptime and daily execution.

Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Experience supporting facility systems such as HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, utilities, or electrical distribution.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, floor plans, mechanical drawings, technical manuals, and equipment documentation.
Ability to communicate technical facility or equipment issues clearly with engineering, production, leadership, and outside vendors.
Experience with Lockout/Tagout and general industrial safety protocols.
To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicants must be currently authorized to access ITAR-controlled information as a U.S. person, including as a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158.

Basic understanding of PLCs, industrial controllers, sensors, motors, pumps, conveyors, compressed air systems, or automated equipment.
Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, CMMS platforms, or mobile maintenance/task-tracking tools.
Experience supporting new equipment installations and factory buildouts.
Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, aerial man-lifts, or similar industrial equipment.
Additional requirements
Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to support urgent repairs, facility projects, equipment installs, or production needs.
Must be comfortable standing for long periods, climbing ladders, crawling in confined spaces, bending, stretching, and working around industrial equipment.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

Please note that the compensation information below is a general guideline. Compensation is based on demonstrated candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
We are hiring for Levels 1 and 2 - $28 - $42 hourly / $58,240 - $87,360 annually + equity
