About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership for global infrastructure operations, including 24x7 service delivery, infrastructure and data center operations, and technical support functions
- Lead workforce planning, talent development, succession management, and employee engagement initiatives to build and sustain a high-performing, collaborative organization
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ten or more years of experience with progressive advancement into senior technology leadership positions
- Demonstrated success in progressive enterprise-level IT leadership roles within large, complex, matrixed organizations
- Relevant experience leading cloud transformation initiatives and the migration to and management of cloud solutions
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, technology risk management, business continuity, and resilience practices
