Requirements
- Advance-level proficiency in embedded C and embedded C++ targeting the ARM Cortex-M family of microcontrollers.
- Deep experience with bare-metal and RTOS-based applications controlling electromechanical systems.
- Hands-on experience with serial communication protocols: UART, I2C, SPI, USB, Ethernet, DSI, CSI, etc.
Nice to have
- Experience in Android Open Source Project (AOSP) or embedded Linux is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with wireless communication protocols (e.g., LTE, WiFi) is a plus.
- Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented approach to problem solving and knowledge generation.
- Experience working in rapidly growing or scaling companies is a plus.
- Ability to be in the office 3+ days per week.
Compensation
- $140,000 - $170,000 USD

- We strategically balance base pay, bonuses, benefits, and equity
- The posted range reflects base salary plus commission which is the total potential on target earnings (OTE) for the position.
