About the role
- The clinical supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that clinical file reviews are completed bi-weekly for staff under direct supervision, including establishing specific, individual professional development goals.
- Ensure that clinical records are accurate, current, and meet Medical Assistance standards and DHS licensing regulations.
- This project provides in-person and telephone crisis emergency response.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical supervision and support to case managers and their clients.
- Develop and provide in-service clinical training and information to staff, assuring that it meets licensure standards and clinical needs.
- Provide consultation and support to staff as needed including being available for case managers to debrief about difficult situations.
- Assisting to coordinate the best effective services on a collaborative level. Review all incident reports. Consider actions taken and implement changes to avoid similar incidents in the future.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Nice to have
- Previous Clinical experience working with individuals recently released from jail or prison a plus.
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of non-profit organizations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Compensation
- $80k-$90k
