About the role
- This role does not carry a permanent full caseload
Responsibilities
- Support temporary and shared caseloads rather than maintaining a fixed, full caseload.
Requirements
- Conduct virtual parent trainings, staff trainings, and supervision sessions, supplemented by required in-person supervision activities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Fully remote with intentional, minimal travel (monthly)
- Opportunity to impact multiple teams and locations
- Flexible, dynamic clinical work supporting growth and stability across the organization
Nice to have
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- State licensure (as required) in the state of residence and service delivery
- Minimum 1+ years of BCBA experience preferred
- Experience with telehealth service delivery strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
- No long-term ownership of a full caseload

- This role is designed to offer flexible, high-impact clinical leadership without maintaining a permanently assigned full caseload.
- Assist with coverage needs, program transitions, and center openings as need.
- For North Carolina telehealth coverage, preference will be given to candidates located in or near the Raleigh area to support required in-person supervision while minimizing travel expenses and logistical challenges.
- The Telehealth BCBA will partner with onsite teams to ensure continuity of care, clinical quality, and support during transitions, growth, or coverage needs across centers.
