About the role

  • JOB DESCRIPTION As a Principal Software Engineer, you will play a strategic leadership role in the architecture and development of modern, high-impact web applications.
  • You will work hands-on with cutting-edge front-end technologies-especially React 19-while mentoring teams, defining technical direction, and driving engineering excellence across the organization.
  • You will also champion innovation, strong engineering culture, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance React 19 applications using modern component patterns, concurrent features, and optimized rendering flows.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, able to diffuse tension and drive productive conversation, internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Experience or exposure to Backend for Frontend (BFF) architectures.
  • Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer.
  • The selected candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation

  • $135k-$165k
